This has been something that I have been posting around the various forums I go to. For those of us that have been waiting for a non handheld 2D Sonic game, this is for sure some good news.

The thing that I'm unsure of is the image at the end. I mean that is for sure not an outline of Sonic's head. But before that in the video you can see the good old blue blur go across that screen.

Yea, I'll be happy to see and play a new 2-D Sonic game. Hopefully it'll be every bit as good as the Genesis titles.

Could this be a series reset? I'm ready for Sonic 4!

Son of a bitch! This is the best news I've heard in a long time!

The only gripe I have is that they are releasing them in Episodes instead of one whole game. I guess I'll wait till it's all finished before I buy them all. None this less I'm grateful and I'll be looking forward to this.
I also think that Genesis style graphics would have been welcomed. But I'm not picky.

Holy Snaps! It is times like this that I wished that I have one of the new gen game units.

I think have great hopes for this game.

I'm not psyched that the Sonic Adventure "homing attack" is in the game...that's one of the updates that doomed the last 10 years of Sonic games.

I hate to say it from the way Sonic 4 looks it looks way too slow to be compared to the first 3.
